    My boyfriend surprised mewithit…the guy who delivered itwas really nice. The arrangement was aturkey for Thanksgiving, which was super adorable. The fruit was all extremely fresh. Overall, very happy withit.

                    Worst experience Ihave had with this place ever place Apple Ihave been ordering from here for years and has been abunch ofmoney Iplaced anorder from mywife for her birthday Iasked them ifI could bedelivered byher birthday before Noon because she has plans they told methere was noproblem Soshe left atnoon because she did not know Iwas having her edible arrangements delivered SoI called got transferred toa call center the guy was very rude with mestarted giving mea lecture about menot planning things inadvance Ihung upon him and called the store the woman Italked totold methat they would try their best tohave itthere before 3o'clock Iasked her how comes Iwas not told about this when Iplaced the order because Iwould have picked itup and had itto her intime for her plans for her 50th birthday The only thing Igot was excuses This isthe worst experience Ihave ever had here Iwould not recommend them Iwill nolonger use them– show

                                    In myrecent order, the bananas were not fresh. Irequested that they bereplaced with fresh ones. The lady atthe counter was extremely kind and took them back with myrequest. The young lady inthe back was not happy with replacing them because she said they all looked liked the ones inthe basket. Itold her ifthey could not find any better ones that Iwould just cancel the order. She was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I’m disappointed and really trying todecide if Iwill continue ordering from this location. Ihave been using this location for over 15years with excellent service and was very taken back byher unprofessional attitude.– show
